Description:
1. The contract award procedure is carried out in an open tender mode on the basis of "Procedure for awarding orders by PKP S.A." , adopted for use by resolution No. 550 of the Management Board of PKP S.A. of 01/08/2023 (the provisions of the Public Procurement Law does not apply). 2. Type of order: construction work. 3. The subject of the order is the modernization of rooms located on the 2nd floor in the Old PKP Kraków Railway Station for the needs of the relocation of employees of the Faculty of Geodesy and Regulation of Legal States Ogn Kraków. 4. The proceedings to which SWZ relates is marked with the: KFZ/2025/WNP-019056, contractors are obliged to rely on the above-mentioned designation in all contacts with the contracting authority. 5. Each contractor can submit only one offer, prepared in accordance with the requirements set out in SWZ (the offer should be submitted electronically, in the manner indicated in Chapter V SWZ). 6. The contracting authority does not allow partial offers. 7. The contracting authority does not require a bid bond. 8.
