The contract award procedure is conducted as an open tender based on the "Procedure for awarding orders by PKP S.A." , adopted for application by Resolution No. 550 of the Management Board of PKP S.A. of August 1, 2023 (the provisions of the Public Procurement Law do not apply).2. Type of order: construction work.3. The subject of the order is the modernization of rooms located on the 2nd floor of the Old Railway Station in Krakow Głowny for the relocation of employees of the Department of Geodesy and Legal Regulation of OGN Krakow.4. The proceedings concerned SWZ is marked with the sign: KFZ/2025/WNP-019056/3, Contractors are obliged to refer to the above-mentioned marking in all contacts with the Ordering Party.5. Each Contractor may submit only one offer, prepared in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ (the offer must be submitted electronically, in the manner indicated in Chapter V of the SWZ).6. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers.7. The Ordering Party does not require a deposit.8.
