A. Subject of the order: The subject of the order is the performance of construction works for the task titled Modernization of sanitary facilities in the building of the Commune Office at ul. Gwna 133 in Wyry. This task will involve a comprehensive renovation of two sanitary facilities, including the replacement of risers and the renovation of the water and sewage, central heating and ventilation installations. electrical installations, replacement of radiators, windows, doors, replacement of fittings and equipment. Due to the ventilation stacks leading to the room on the 2nd floor, there was also a comprehensive renovation of the office room where the installations are located.1) Location Robt Facility Identification: building of the Wyry Commune Office, ul. Gwna 133, 43-175 Wyry. Location of the rooms: sanitary facilities on the ground floor and first floor (no elevator) and an office room on the second floor.2) The scope of the planned works includes: a) Sanitary facilities Dismantling of existing installations and sanitary equipment.
