The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works covering the modernization of provincial road sections No. 956 and 965 - as part of the following separated two (2) part of the contract (parts 1 and 2).
Detailed determination of the subject of the contract includes a description of the subject of the contract (OPZ)constituting annex No. 1 SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works covering the modernization of sections of voivodship road No. 956 (episode 110 km 0+320 - km 1+780 / length 1460 m, episode 110 110km 4+150 - episode 120 km 0+095 / length 247 m, episode 090 km 1+735 - episode 100 km 0+016 / length 718 m) in Budzow. The task includes: - securing traffic and pedestrian continuity for the duration of works (organization of traffic for the time of works - execution and agreement of the project of temporary traffic organization,Introduction, maintenance, liquidation of marking), - maintenance of the road surface of voivodship road No. 956 at the construction site in an uncomfortable and ensuring safe traffic of vehicles from the date of taking over the construction site to its completion (in the scope of maintenance, work related to the maintenance should be carried out inin particular with summer maintenance), - execution of construction works, including preparatory and demolition works, renovation of the road surface structure, renovation of the pavement kap at the bridge, renovation of the roadsides, downhill and pavements, renovation of existing elements of dehydration, worksfinished ...
