Description:
1. The subject of the order [hereinafter: Subject of the order] are construction works for the modernization of a residential building (inventory number: 110-02/13) Nadleniczwki in 96-330 Puszcza Mariaska, ul. Senatorwka 3, including: 1.1 residential building: a) Replacement of the roof covering with a sheet metal covering the shape of the metal roof tiles together with the insulation, as well as all sheet metal flashings as well as gutters and downpipes. b) Construction of waterproofing indicated in the bill of quantities. c) Insulation of external walls with thin-layer plaster finishing. d) Construction of balustrades and associated works. e) General internal renovation, including: replacement of tiles, renovation of bathrooms, stairs and floors, painting of all walls, ceilings and floors. Air conditioner replacement. Disassembly of the heating fireplace insert.f) Reconstruction of the electrical and sewage installations, including associated works.g) Internal painting, including with accompanying works.h) Replacement of windows and doors.
