Description:
3.1. The subject of the order is the modernization of the existing sampling system by developing design documentation and the construction and commissioning of a new system for continuous sampling from the indicated areas of the water and steam circuit, consisting of elements compliant with the applicable regulations. standards and regulations, including the PN-C-04621:1988 standard or equivalents, UDT regulations and safety requirements.3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix 1 to SWZ.3.3. Possible indication of proper names, trademarks and patents in the content of the documents attached to this SWZ or place of origin specifies the preferred quality and level of technical and/or functional and utility parameters in which the Ordering Party is interested, it should be understood as containing the wording or equivalent.3.4. The concept of equivalence means offering devices or materials that have: 3.4.1. at least the same features (i.e. functional and utility properties) as those given in the description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ;3.4.2. technical parameters at least at the level indicated by Ordering party...
