Polska Wytwornia Papierow Wartościowych S.A. invites you to submit an offer in the tender procedure for the modernization of the sewage pumping station in the OW in Wierzbowo near Mrągowo, according to the following Specification and description of the scope of work specified in Annex No. 1 to the inquiry. The person conducting the tender procedure and Sebastian Wrzecion is authorized in formal matters. The proceedings consist of important stages: 1. On-site visit (obligatory) - the ordering party allows an on-line visit - after signing a confidentiality agreement - Appendix No. 32. Initial price offer according to the template of the Offer Form - Appendix No. 2.3.Additional technical and organizational arrangements (if necessary).4. Final price offer.5. Selection and approval of the Contractor - awarding the Order. Specification of the terms of the Order: 1. The place of execution of the order is the facility of PWPWS.A., in Wierzbowie. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the contractor completed the order as quickly as possible. 3. The criterion for selecting an offer that meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party is the lowest price. 4. A tender deposit is not required. 5. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to present before starting work in the Ordering Party's facilities. third party liability insurance policies in accordance with the guidelines set out in Annex No. 4 to the inquiry. 6. The Ordering Party organizes a local remote on-line visit for the Bidders on November 13, 2025 at 12.00, as well as on an individually agreed date in the period from November 7 to November 18, 2025.
