- The subject of the order is the supply of equipment for the needs of SP ZOZ in Dąbrowa Białostocka.
The order is divided into parts of which:
Part 1 applies to the delivery of the ambulance;
Part 2 applies to the delivery of a 9 -person vehicle;
Part 3 applies to the delivery of the ultrasound apparatus;
Part 4 concerns the supply of an X -ray apparatus;
Part 5 concerns the supply of medical apparatus and equipment;
Part 6 concerns the supply of medical furniture;
Part 7 applies to the supply of tablets for signature of medical records;
Part 8 concerns the delivery of the dishwasher;
Part 9 concerns the supply of rehabilitation equipment;
Part 10 Applies to delivery and assemblyFactory new sterilizer and water treatment plant.
Part 1 Delivery of ambulance
The subject of the contract is the delivery of a factory -new emergency ambulance (1 item). The contracting authority requires that the vehicle be brand new, technically efficient, free from construction, material and executive defects,Produced not earlier than in 2024, a complete, meeting the minimum requirements specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 4.1 to SWZ- the technical specification form of the offered vehicle) and was ready for use. The contractor guarantees that delivered underof these proceedings, the vehicle is fully functional and free from defects preventing its use as intended.
