Description:
The ordering party is implementing the investment project in connection with the funding received from the physical culture development fund as part of the sports complex modernization program Moje Boisko - Orlik 2012 - 2024 Edition. The subject of the order is modernization of the Moje Boisko-Orlik 2012 sports complex in Bratian. The scope of the subject includes in particular: 1.) reconstruction of the sports facility along with the construction of a curtain wall of clinker bricks on the building's facade, 2.) modernization of the roof covering (including replacement of gutters and downpipes and insulation of the ceiling), 3.) replacement of door joinery, 4.) modernization of wall and floor coverings (including replacement and addition of ceramic tiles and painting of internal wall surfaces), 5.) modernization of the ceiling, 6.) modernization lighting inside the existing cloakroom and sanitary facilities with energy-saving LED lights, 7.) modernization of mechanical ventilation, 8.) construction of a sewage connection, 9.) repair of the existing fence, 10.) modernization of external lighting with energy-saving ones LED fixtures, with the use of a lighting activation system via an application divided into two lighting zones...
