Description:
1. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes the modernization of the Moje sports pitch ORLIK 2012 sports complexes located in Krzeszow under the design and build system.2. The scope of the investment includes the development of design documentation along with part of the costs, technical specifications and execution acceptance of construction works and obtaining all necessary administrative decisions and arrangements enabling the implementation of the task in question, including obtaining acceptance of the notification of the intention to perform construction works/construction permit, and then carrying out the construction works, in accordance with the developed documentation, including notification of the commencement of construction works and notification of the completion of construction works and obtaining an occupancy permit, if necessary.3. The contractor is obliged to set up an information board in accordance with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of May 7, 2021 on specifying information activities undertaken by entities implementing tasks financed or co-financed from the state budget or state earmarked funds.4.
