According to SWZ: 2.1.3. SUBJECT OF THE FLOOR: Modernization of the structural network - O/OSTRW Wlkp., Ul. Wysocka. (...) 2.1.5. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the fall contains the takeover of 1 to the start of 9 to SWZ.2.1.6. Varuted solutions: 2.1.6.1. the subject of the plait was not described in the manner referred to in art. 99 para. 5 of the PZP Act, i.e. by indicating freight signs, patents or origin, RDA or a particular process that characterizes products or desks provided by a specific contractor, 2.1.6.2. The subject of the fall was described by reference to standards, technical assessments, specifications technical and technical reference systems, which is mentioned in art. 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the PZP Act, and thus, in accordance with art. 4 of the PZP Act: 2.1.6.2.1. The Ordering Party informs that it allows the solutions to the references described by the reference; 2.1.6.2.2. a lake of already appointed Comrade will be expressed or rawed. 2.1.7.
