Description:
1. The subject of the contract should be completed in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 8 to SWZ and the provisions of the draft contract contained in Annex 9 to SWZ.
2. By the term "modernization", the contracting authority understands actions according to the definition of "renovation" contained in the Act of 7 July1994 Construction Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418).
