Description:
1. Order name: "Modernization of the SVC mass mighty virtualization system".
Delivery of a license with the service provision for the licenses provided;
Supply of equipment together with the service provision for the licenses and installation and reference services;
2.3. Execution of post -industrial documentation together with the transfer of proprietary property rights to post -industrial documentation and dependent rights;
Service provision;
Granting by the Contractor for the Employer a guarantee for equipment.
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract as well as the conditions and principles the implementation of the contract (including description and provisions regarding equivalence) are specified in the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 6 to the specification of the terms of the contract (hereinafter SWZ ").
