The subject of this order is the purchase, delivery, assembly and commissioning of new machines equipped with agriculture 4.0 solutions for the production of basic agricultural products and devices cooperating with machines and devices equipped with agriculture 4.0 solutions divided into 3 parts. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party does not envisage dividing the equipment and devices included in individual parts of the order referred to in point. 4. 4. The Ordering Party allows the submission of an offer for 1, 2 or 3 of the parts indicated below, containing a detailed description of the offered equipment meeting the minimum requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ as well as in Price form - Annex No. 1a to SWZ: Main CPV 16000000-5 Agricultural machinery Part 1 - Tractor - CPV 16700000-2 - Tractors Part 2 - Sprayer - CPV - 16400000-9 - Spraying machines used in agriculture or horticulture Part 3 - Seeder - CPV 16130000-5 - Seeders, planters or transplanting machines The Ordering Party will consider each partial offer separately. 5.
