Description:
The subject of the order is the modernization and expansion of telecommunications and fire protection installations in a secondary school building, including the teaching part and the cafeteria. The scope of work is to adapt the facility to current fire protection, fire safety and video surveillance, in accordance with applicable PN-EN standards and regulations of the Minister of Infrastructure and the Ministry of Interior and Administration. When carrying out works, it is necessary to take into account the limitation of inconvenience to those using the facility, and the work area should be secured. Work inside the building related to the scope of work will be performed by: agreed with the Facility Management. ATTENTION! Any acceptance of works requiring the participation of official institutions will take place at the Contractor's expense. In justified cases, the Ordering Party has the right to limit the scope of works and the settlement resulting from this limitation will be based on the as-built cost estimate. It is worth it works for which there may be a limitation/omission or omission and replacement works may be included, estimated at approximately 15% of the contract value.
