Polowa 59 in Omy, consisting of renovation, reconstruction and extension of the historic building from the outside and inside, adapting the building to the needs of people with disabilities and the attic for residential purposes along with tidying up the surroundings around the facility. Demolition and dismantling works including: - dismantling of gutters, downpipes and sheet metal flashings, - dismantling of the roof covering (asbestos), battens, roof beams (and their disposal), - dismantling of chimneys, - dismantling of ceilings and staircase and external stairs (disposal of demolished wood), - dismantling window and door joinery, - dismantling partition walls, - cutting and dismantling wall cladding, - dismantling fragments of walls to make new window and door openings, - dismantling existing farm buildings and stairs to the basement, Construction works including: - complete replacement of all ceilings from wooden to high-ribbed ones, - change of arrangement of new partition walls on all ceilings, - installation of new partition walls between the premises residential...
