Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works in the formula "Design and build" in the modernization of two biological chambers. The subject of the contract is covered by biological chambers No. 11 and 12. The implementation of works is aimed at replacing construction equipment and installations. Existing objects afterPerformed works will not change the basic building parameters: volume, building surfaces, geometric dimensions: height, length and width. 2. During the implementation of the subject of the contract, it is possible to exclude both chambers from work after prior agreementwith the Ordering Party after developing and agreeing on the work schedule. During work, the continuity of the work of the sewage treatment plant should be maintained. Possible time of complete exclusion of biological chambers - no longer than 2 months. 3. Implementation of planned construction works in the light of construction lawRequires a building permit as well as does not require a construction notification. 4. All dismantled devices and materials are owned and they are to remain at the contracting authority. 5. Bearing in mind the above order includes, in particular, the performance of the project documentation inThe Contractor will develop a project documentation necessary to perform works.
