- 1. The subject of the contract is to ensure the continuity of the Video -Conference system used in the Supreme Audit Office and its modernization, consisting of:
1) providing the manufacturer's technical support service for the video conference system, referred to in point 5 of the description the subject of the contract (hereinafter: OPZ), in accordance with the requirements specified in point 6 of the OPZ,
2) delivery of subscriptions and modernization of the Employer's video conferencing system in accordance with the requirements set out in point 7 of the OPZ and updating the system documentation in accordance with the requirements specified in point 13 of the OPZ,
3) delivery Video -conference terminals and network microphones for the system owned by the Employer, in accordance with the requirements set out in point 8 OPZ,
4) granting the warranty in accordance with the requirements specified in point 9 of the OPZ,
5) the provision of technical assistance of the Contractor as part of a pool of 120 hours, in accordance with requirements specified in points 10 and 11 OPZ,
6) organizing a post -imaginable workshop on the service of a modernized system in accordance with the requirements set out in point 12 OPZ.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract includes:
1) Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (OPZ),
2) Annex 2 to SWZ - a contract template with attachments.
