Description:
The subject of the order is the task of preparing design documentation for the SUW and carrying out construction works based on the developed technical designs and appropriate consents, permits, notifications, decisions, etc. The functional and utility program (PFU for the SUW) specifies all the requirements regarding the preparation of design documentation, as well as the execution of construction works in the modernization of the water intake. The general requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the implementation of the order, including: preparation of design documentation and execution of construction works, are included in the Functional and Utility Programs. After preparing the design documentation and before commencing construction works, the Contractor's obligation is to obtain an administrative decision for the Ordering Party enabling their commencement and implementation, or to report works that do not require obtaining such a decision.
