Description:
The purpose of the order is to select a contractor for construction works involving the modernization of the water treatment plant (hereinafter "SUW"), located in Łęczna at ul. Krasnystawska 54. SUW modernization includes works in the field of construction (chambers by the protruding, slope stairs to tanks, aggregate on the foundation, fences); reconstruction (SUW building, chlorine and gate building building, water intake buildings, transformer column, water supply networks, international installations, paved surfaces), expansion (paved surfaces), renovation (tray building, two reservoirs on water, external lighting in the SUW, paved surfaces); demolitions (chambers by the protozoan, off -road stairs at the tanks, fences).
Order carried out in connection with the project recommended for co -financing from the funds of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, environment 2021-2027, operation FENX.02.05 "Water for consumption". Pursuant to art. 257 of the PZP Act, the Employer provides for the possibility of annulment of the proceedings in question, if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract were not granted to him.
