- 3.1 The subject of the fall is to perform one task: Modernization of the water treatment plant in Dzierzno, commune Turek in the formula design and build, stating with 2 phases and embrace: I. Project phases - development of a construction object project on the basis of the program held by the Ordering Entity functional and use. II.
