A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is to perform modernization works - renovation of the school building after PZH for the needs of Psychological and Pedagogical Clinic in the Primary School building No. 90 im. HR Władysław Zamoyski at ul. Chociszewskiego 56 in Poznań stage and in accordance with a detailed description of the subject of the contract referred to in Annex 2 to the specification of the contract terms (SWZ) .2. For a description of the subject of the order constituting Annex 2 to this specification, describing the scope of the works being the subject of the contract consists of: 1) Construction project (architecture, electrical installation, sanitary installation) 2) Projects of works (architecture, electrical installation, sanitary installation), 3 ) Technical specification for the implementation and receipt of works (architecture, electrical installation, sanitary installation), 4) Biofium, 5) certificate of declaration of intention to perform construction works. Nicked description of the subject of the contract was also referred to in Annex No. 3 to SWZ (draft contract).
