Description:
The scope of basic works (characteristic data) includes:
A.Demolition and preparatory works
B. Making path surfaces from a mineral-resin mixture
C. Protection and maintenance works within the existing tree stand, including the implementation of an aeration system roots
D. Works related to green areas and new plantings
E.Elements of small architecture
F. Works related to the construction of lighting and monitoring
G. Works related to the water supply connection with a hydrant
H.Renovation of the fence
Detailing the scope of investment:
1)The investment is being implemented will be based on a building permit.
2) The Contractor's obligations also include meeting all requirements specified in the permit of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments.
3) In the event of damage to existing vertical or horizontal markings or existing devices during the works or infrastructure located on the site, it is the Contractor's obligation to restore them at its own expense in accordance with the actual situation.
4) If necessary, the Contractor's obligation under the concluded contract is to prepare a temporary traffic organization project.
5) Ordering party specifies that in item bill of quantities Mon. AREA LIGHTING - PARK LAMPS - MONITORING, all works related to the implementation of both lighting and monitoring should be included in the costs, so that they constitute a technical and functional whole, including, among others: necessary materials and equipment, labor and sp...
