- The subject of the order is the modernization/renovation of the warehouse at the Provincial Specialist Hospital Stefanakardinal Wyszyński SP ZOZ in Lublinieczekowowy. Description of the subject of the contract includes the following documents, which are attachments to this SWZ: 1) Draft work Renovation and construction of the central room located in Blok H in the Provincial Hospitalist Hospitalist Stefan Wyszyński SPZOZ in Lublin. Technical specification of conditions for execution and acceptance of construction works storing Annex 9 to SWZ. 2) the bill of quantities, duplication provisions of para. 2 (Annex 8 to SWZ), 3) draft contract (Annex 4DO SWZ), a vision of a location requiring the contractor to conduct a vision of the local area where the planned investigation and parts of buildings that will be connected to the investment in order to read the land and in the land and in the land/in buildings, possible difficulties and organizational and logistic conditions to include the above in the project. The authorized person of the contacts is Mr. Jarosław Tucholski- Head of the Materials Forest Service Supply Department and Mr. Grzegorz Dźwierzyński- industry supervision inspector construction.
