- 1.Experienced and qualified Companies are invited to provide engineering and construction services, including supply, installation, testing and commissioning of temporary modular buildings designated for professional staff offices, training center and locker rooms (commodity code UA11) at the project location for the Poland Nuclear Power Plant. The following buildings will be located in three designated areas of the project site and shall be fully fitted out: Area 1 - Field Office οField Office (A), dimensions 45m x 54m - 2 story building οField Office (B), dimensions 45m x 54m - 2 story building Area 2 - Construction Office οConstruction Administration Office, dimensions: 125m x 61m - 3 story building οSubcontractors Office, dimensions: 125m x 61m - 3 story building Area 3 - Training center οNew Hire Office / Training Conference Room for 150 people dimensions: 30m x 30m - 2 story building οConstruction Orientation Room/Badging and Time Office, dimensions: 30m x 30m - 2 story building οSite Medical Area, dimensions: 50m x 70m - 1 story building, fully equipped for medical facility. Buildings shall be modular technology, and all facilities shall include fit-out installations of furniture and connection lines from utility connection points to operational testing and commissioning of services.
