The subject of the fall is the successive delivery of molecular themes to urgent respiratory, digestive and nervous research along with the lease of two analyzer modules, for the needs of the laboratory diagnostics of the hospital on the island of Sp. z o.o. from headquarters in Arach at ul. Pszenna 2. Lodz research/reagentand the number of ties to be carried out in a period of 24 months specify the assortment and price form. The subject of the fall includes deliveries to the contracting authority by transporting the Contractor, installation and commissioning (starting),And also training of ordering personnel in its use, as for the supply of instructions for the instructions to the molecular research, in Polish jeom and successive delivery of reagents to the offered analyzers 4.3. Medical devices offered by the Contractor should be approved in accordance withwith the applicable regulations, i.e. in accordance with the basic requirements contained in Directive 93/42/EEC and in accordance with the acts of April 7, 2022. on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, thatzm.).
