- Description:
- The subject of the order is the provision of a service consisting in the delivery of a specified amount of money to the addressee at the request of the Ordering Party, within the territory of the Republic of Poland. The agreement will cover specific amounts of money due to: 1) refund of overpaid premiums, 2) refund of guaranteed benefits or from a sub-account, 3) refund costs of appearance of persons summoned for medical examination,4) and others, depending on current needs, including money orders delivered in rural areas. - The amounts of money delivered to the addressees specified in the money orders are funds recorded on the sub-accounts of the insured persons who are members of the Open Funds Pensions, refunds of overpaid contributions, refunds of the costs of appearance of persons summoned to medical boards. - Maximum number of ordered money orders: 1,296 pieces. - Delivery of funds sent by the Ordering Party should be made in the form of postal money orders within the meaning of the Act of November 23 2012 - Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1640, as amended) and in accordance with the Contractor's Regulations issued pursuant to Art. 21 of the Postal Law.
