Description:
1. The subject of the Order is a service consisting in conducting research monitoring and assessing the quality of surface water bodies as part of the investment consisting in the construction of a nuclear power plant in the Lubiatowo-Kopalino Location with a maximum power of up to 3,750 MWe, located in the Choczewo commune in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order is included in Annex A to the Draft Contractual Provisions, constituting Annex No. 1 to the Specification of the Order Terms.
3. The proceedings in question are conducted as an open tender pursuant to art. 132 in connection with joke. 378 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law.
4. The provisions of the Act of June 29, 2011 on the preparation and implementation of investments in nuclear energy facilities and accompanying investments (Chapter 6) (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1156), hereinafter referred to as the Investment Act.
5. Whenever this Announcement refers to the Specification or SWZ - it means the Specification of the Order Conditions together with the annexes, which constitute its integral part.
6. The Ordering Party informs that the public procurement procedure will be conducted using the Ordering Party's Purchasing Platform.
