2. Description of the subject of the order
The subject of the order is to perform two expert opinions:
1) Monitoring of caves in the Natura 2000 area Ostoja Olszyńsko-Mirowska.
2) Monitoring of bats in the area Natura 2000 Ostoja Olszyńsko-Mirowska.
Other conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the "Drafted provisions of the contract" (PPU), constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ.
3. Requirements related to the implementation of the order in terms of employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of execution of the order, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in a specified manner in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277): The Ordering Party does not specify any requirements.
