• Monitoring of the European pond turtle Emys orbicularis in the Czarne Doły nature reserve located in Drzeczkowo, Osieczna commune, Leszno poviat. 1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in monitoring the conservation status of the European pond turtle in the reserve nature of Czarne Doły 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the implementation of the order are specified in the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 1. The action results from the protective tasks for the nature reserve established by ordinance Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Poznań of December 16, 2022 on the establishment of the Czarne Doły nature reserve (Journal of Laws of the Wielkopolska Province of 2022, item 9710, as amended). 2. The execution of the subject of the order is financed from funds from National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. I. Detailed rules for conducting monitoring: 1. Monitoring covers the breeding season of the European pond turtle from May 15 to July 20, 2026. 2. As part of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party is obliged is: A. Carry out personal inspections in the field within the European pond turtle breeding ground, carried out simultaneously by at least 2 people (not including the drone operator), min. 60 site inspections within the breeding site (1 per day during turtle breeding activity hours mud, i.e. min. from 17:00 to 21:00).
