- Description of the procedure: In connection with the ongoing public procurement procedure, which is not conducted under the Public Procurement Law, I am asking you to submit a price offer for the execution of the order covering: "Monitoring the quality of swimming pool water in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Health of November 9, 2015 on the requirements to be met by inflow water (Journal of Laws of December 2, 2015, item 2016) for indoor and outdoor swimming pools and bathing water with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of January 17, 2019 on supervision over the quality of water in the swimming area and a place occasionally used for bathing (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 255) of the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center in Sosnowiec and testing of hot water samples allowing for the assessment of the internal water supply system to detect Legionella sp. bacteria and group parameters And in places intended for connecting food trucks "Detailed description of the order: Performing accredited collection of water samples for testing carried out by laboratories that have obtained an accreditation certificate of the Polish Center for Accreditation for performing tests corresponding to reference methodologies water analyzes in swimming pools, referred to in Art. 147a of the Act of May 29, 2020, Environmental Protection Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1219).
