Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the service consisting in monitoring the state of protection of natural habitats 9190, 91i0, 91E0, 91f0 and 9170 and search and inventory of the 6410 nature habitat in the Natura 2000 area Forest Bieniszewska PLH300011, by part. Detailed description of the subjectOrders and implementation of the order are specified in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
2. The order was divided into parts:
Part I: Search and inventory of the 6410 nature habitat in the Natura 2000 area Forest Bieniszewska PLH300011;
Part II:Monitoring of the state of protection of natural habitats 9190, 91i0, 91E0, 91F0 and 9170 in the Natura 2000 area Puszcza Bieniszewska PLH300011;
3rd., item 1320), hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Law Act".
4. APPLICATION FOR THE BASIC OF THE CONTRACT. The contracting authority informs that pursuant to art. 139 para. 1 of the Act will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then qualifythe subjective contractor, whose offer was the highest rated, in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
