- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new monitors for workplace equipment, including: 27'2K screen monitors and 32'4K screen monitors (hereinafter also referred to as the "Equipment"). 2. The subject of the order is divided into two parts, which have been described in Chap. 4 of the Specification of Order Conditions (hereinafter also referred to as "SWZ"). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms and conditions of the order execution are specified in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, for each of the two parts of the order. 4. Detailed technical specification of the Equipment, specifying the type, minimum technical requirements and quantity, is presented in: 4.1 Details of the "Offer Form" for Part I of the order, constituting Annex No. 4A to SWZ; 4.2 Uszczegółowieniu „Formularza ofertowego” dla Części II zamówienia, stanowiącym Załącznik Nr 4B do SWZ. Part I - 27'2K screen monitors Part I - 27”2K screen monitors. 1. Dostawa monitorów ekranowych w maksymalnej ilości do 900 sztuk, w tym: a) v as part of the implementation of the first - basic stage in the amount of 450 pieces; b) as part of the implementation of the second - optional stage, in a maximum quantity of up to 450 pieces. 2. Delivery of screen monitors to the registered office of the Ordering Party, Warsaw, ul.
