- The subject of the order are services consisting in the removal of vegetation along with the ordering of the area of watercourses and hydrotechnical facilities (regulatory buildings) located in the area of water supervision Zakopane, in accordance with the attached list of facilities. As part of the order, it provides myself:
• Removal of hypertrophy, self -sight and grass growth in the vicinity of regulatory buildings together with the terrain (utilization or fragmentation to the size of the chaff) on a total estimated area of 32 422.00 m2,
• Removal of hypertrophy, self -spice and grass lichen from the coastal slopes watercourses along with ordering the area (utilization or fragmentation to the size of the chaff) on a total estimated area of 37,500.00m2.
3 para. 1 point 6 of the Act z On December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1578, as amended), in arrears in a mowed area. The collected waste should be transferred to the entity authorized to receive them with confirmation, which should be attached to the as -built documentation.
The work will be carried out using equipment internal combustion (siphouses and saws - only if necessary) and traditional tools (KOS), as well as means of transport adapted for waste transport.
