Description:
1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an active protection treatment in the Natura 2000 area Jezioro Mnich PLH30002.2. The subject of the order includes: a) mowing of vegetation, mainly common reed Phragmites australis; b) removal of trees and shrubs in the patch of natural habitat 7230 Mountain and lowland peat bogs alkaline of the nature of poppy, sedge and moss fens in the Natura 2000 area Jezioro Mnich PLH300029; c) removal of biomass outside the patch of the natural habitat within 7 days of carrying out the works referred to in point (a). a and b.3. The implementation of the subject of the order results from the need to preserve the natural habitat 7230 and ensuring favorable conditions for the growth and development of the spiny sickle moth Drepanocladus (Hamatocaulis) vernicosus and the Loesela's gray moth Liparis loeselii in the Natura 2000 area Jezioro Mnich PLH300029. 4. As part of the active protection treatment, all vegetation growing on the site should be removed area, including herbaceous vegetation, trees and shrubs, as well as trees and clusters of shrubs belonging to the following species: black alder (dominant), silver and downy birch, Scots pine and others. 5.
