1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2026. until 31/12/2027
2. The order will be granted in two parts.
3. Corrogenated amount of electricity being the subject of the contractIt is indicative and may differ from the act actually taken during the contract. The amount of electricity was estimated on the basis of historical data on the consumption of electricity, the expected demand, taking into account the self -consumption in the case of PPE, in whichPV installations are installed. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption.
4. Details on the consumption of electricity are described in Annexes No. 1a/1B to SWZ List of consumption points.
5. Reserve supplier: Energa Obrot S.A. based in Gdańsk.
6. PerformerBased on the power of attorney granted, he will be obliged to notify the OSC on behalf of his own behalf and the contracting authority in accordance with applicable regulations and to represent it before the DSO in the process of changing the seller.
7. The contracting authority will apply art. 139 para. 1 POPP, i.e., in the first placeHe will examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was the highest assessed, in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
