Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in: 1) Stage I - launching an air quality monitoring network in accordance with the location of the air quality monitoring network nodes agreed with the Ordering Party, consisting of 16 dust meters, including one dust meter that compares/calibrates with the results PM station, with an implementation deadline of January 31, 2026 - including: confirmation of meeting the quality requirements for the reliability of detection and results, installation of all dust meters in target locations on existing supporting structures, launching continuous air quality measurements, launch of data publication in the form of E-service.2) Stage II - maintenance and servicing of the system for a period of 3 years from its launch, with a completion date of January 31, 2029 - including: conducting permanent air quality measurements, publication of data as part of E-service and a set of current work system (until January 31, 2029), transfer of periodically archived data, calibration periods of dust meters, preparation of a report on the operation of the system after the first year of measurements (until February 28, 2027), preparation rap...
