Description:
The subject of the order is the collection and management of municipal waste mixed and collected selectively from residential properties, as well as the collection and management of segregated municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the Tuszow Narodowy commune during the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The Ordering Party provides containers for mixed waste, and the Contractor provides bags for collecting selective waste. The subject of the order must be performed in a way that ensures achievement of appropriate levels of recycling and preparation of waste for reuse and recovery other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 399, as amended).
