1. The subject of the order is the service of municipal waste collection from the city of Biała Podlaska generated on properties where residents live and where no residents live and municipal waste is generated (mixed properties).

3.The service consists of:
1) collection of municipal waste from residential and mixed properties located in the city of Biała Podlaska,
2) furnishing the property in bags for selective collection of waste of the following fractions: paper - blue bag, glass - green bag, metals and plastics, multi-material packaging - yellow bag,
3) collecting and managing expired and unnecessary medicines from designated pharmacies, indicated in the Annex No. 1 to the SIWZ.
4. The Ordering Party estimates that as part of the execution of the order, the Contractor will collect the following types and quantities of municipal waste during the term of the contract:
Type of waste - Unsorted municipal waste (mixed), residual waste - code 20 03 01, 20 03 99 - Projected waste mass for 2026 (Mg) - 1,400
