Description:
1. The subject of this order is the provision of successive collection of permanent municipal waste (both mixed and segregated, broadcasting and non -recycling) from the ordering facilities of the ordering cadaries surrounding within the administrative boundaries of the city of Szczecin and in the townOstoja (Kołbaskowo commune, Police poviat, West Pomeranian Voivodeship). However, the subject of this order is not the collection of hazardous waste, the list of which is determined by the relevant provisions in the field of environmental protection. CPV code of the subject of the order 90511000-2, 90512000-9, 90513200-8.
2.WThe scope of the subject of this order also includes:
1) rental or otherwise constantly providing the Employer for the duration of the order for the collection of waste (including containers intended for sorting a specific type of waste such as glass,Paper, plastics, biodegradable, etc.);
2) delivery (substituting) of the containers referred to in point 1) above in the place of waste of waste at the Employer until they are received and exported on the contractor's side in the performance of the order;
3) Maintaining delivered (substituted)The ordering part of the waste containers
in an appropriate condition for use together with periodic washing.
3. Detachable data regarding the subject of this order, including indicating places (so -called address points at the Employer), to which the containers should be provided (ground) for waste.cluster ...
