- The subject of the order are: municipal waste collection services from the Provincial Specialist Hospital. Marii Skłodowska-Curie in Zgierz, ul. Parzęczewska 35:
Loading and removal of solid waste from containers:
a) will take place every day, 5 days a week, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.,
b) and for each telephone order of the Ordering Party, placed from Monday to Friday to the telephone number indicated by the Contractor, after providing an additional container to the Ordering Party,
The deadline for delivering an additional container to the Ordering Party is: max. up to 6 hours from the time of telephone notification. For the duration of the contract, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party free of charge with brand new or used, undamaged and complete waste collection containers referred to in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to maintain in good technical and aesthetic condition (each of the containers and the container), in particular through:
a) washing the dirt at least once every 5 months and at the request of the Ordering Party if such a need arises (a register of washing activities is kept by the Contractor, who is obliged to present available for inspection by the Ordering Party at any request),
b) disinfection and decontamination at least once a month and at the request of the Ordering Party if such a need arises (a register of disinfection and decontamination activities is kept by the Contractor, who is obliged to present it for inspection Zam... - Documents:
