- 1. The subject of the order is 1) Collection and transport of municipal waste from all properties within the administrative boundaries of the Tuchomie commune. 2) Delivery of waste to the municipal installation of ZZO Sierzno Sp. z o. o., and in the event of a failure of the municipal installation or the installation's inability to accept municipal installation for other reasons, transferring waste to a replacement installation entered on the list of operating installations that meet the requirements for municipal installations referred to in Art. 35 section 6 of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste, in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. 3) Environmental education organization of lectures for students of the School Complex in Tuchom and the Primary School in Kramarzyny, regarding segregation and proper treatment of waste. The contractor will collect municipal waste mixed and selectively collected from real estate where residents live, where it is estimated that in 2026 there will be 4,144 people, in 2027 4,104 people.
