Description:
The contractor will be obliged to manage the following fraction of municipal waste and selectively collect municipal waste: 1) management of waste codes 20 03 01, 15 01 07, 20 02 01, 20 03 07, 16 01 03 in accordance with the Act of December 14, 2012. on waste (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1594, no amended), Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519, as amended), 2) in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling and recovery. 3) the ordering party will successively deliver the waste to the contractor using its own transport to the installation site Waste sorting plant. 4) waste management will consist in segregation in the waste sorting plant. 5) the process should separate waste fractions suitable for recovery. 5.
