Description:
1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the Knurow commune.
2. The scope of services includes:
1) providing municipal waste collection service from property owners where residents live andFrom the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK),
2) Equipment of the indicated real estate - waste collection places - MGO with containers and/or bags for collecting municipal waste in quantity ensuring proper performance of the subject of the contract and meeting all requirementsAs for the capacity, functional and utility requirements, as well as the applicable Polish Standards,
3) providing large -size waste collection service, used tires as well as clothing and textiles from single -family residing real estate,
4) providing the service of receiving out -of -date drugs fromindicated pharmacies,
5) providing the collection of small used electrical and electronic equipment
from municipal electro -waste points (MPE),
6) maintenance of the Contractor provided by the Contractor as part of the order of containers in MGO
in proper sanitary and technical condition as well as repair and replacement of containersPursuant to the requirements of the Ordering Party contained in SOPZ,
7) the collection of municipal waste from places not intended for storage and storage within the meaning of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste, i.e. the liquidation of "wild dumps" from the places indicated by the contracting authority in the areascommunal...
