- The subject of the order is municipal waste management - collection and management of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties in the Namysłow commune.

Reasons for not dividing the order into: parts: excessive technical difficulties, excessive costs of contract execution (dividing the commune area into sectors is not justified, as the above may result in higher unit prices) and difficulties in coordinating the activities of various contractors implementing individual parts of the contract, which could seriously jeopardize the proper execution of the contract.
The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and the offer.
