- The subject of this Order is the provision of municipal waste management services transferred by the receiving entity from the area of all properties on which residents live, located in the Myszyniec commune and the management of waste collected at the selective point Municipal waste collections (PSZOK) or other waste collection points designated in the Myszyniec commune, in a way that ensures appropriate recycling levels, preparation for re -use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of municipal waste succumbing biodegradations transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended), the applicable waste management plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship and the provisions of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Myszyniec commune. and from PSZOK
