Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of the service of collection and management of municipal waste from the Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski commune, originating from real estate where residents live. The subject of the order does not include the collection and management of municipal waste generated on uninhabited properties.
The subject of the order includes, in particular:
a) collection in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 of municipal waste listed in table No. 5 of the OPZ, generated on all properties where residents live in the commune,
b) reception in the period from January 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026, municipal waste listed in table No. 5a OPZ, generated on all properties where residents live in the commune,
c) collection in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 of expired medicines returned by residents to designated collection points for expired medicines located in pharmacies, health clinics, and public buildings, as specified
in the annex to the SWZ, located in the commune, and equipping them with marked containers intended for collecting expired medicines;
d) transport of municipal waste collected in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 to the place of its management or storage and then management;
e) keeping records in accordance with applicable law throughout the entire period of implementation of the Subject of the order ...
