Description:
The subject of the contract includes in particular the provision of services in the field of:
1) mechanical-biological processing of mixed municipal waste and the separation of municipal waste from mixed waste of the fractions suitable in whole or in the recovery part,
2) processing selectively collected biodegradable waste with code 20 02 01 and kitchen waste with code 20 01 08, in accordance with the Act of December 14, 2012. on waste (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended);
3) waste processing from selective collection and cleaning and ensuring achievement required levels of recovery and recycling specified by law,
4) conducting a mechanical-biological process of processing mixed municipal waste (sub-fraction 0-80 mm),
5) waste storage arising in the mechanical and biological process of unsorted processing (mixed) municipal waste, residue of sorting municipal waste and ensuring the achievement of the required storage levels specified in the law,
6) dismantling of bulky waste,
7) processing of renovation waste.
The amount of waste processed from the Zator commune in period from June 1, 2024. until May 31, 2025. and the forecasted amount and type of waste for processing are contained in the price form, which is part of Annex 1 to the offer - the offer form. The amount of waste is forecast in total about 4,400.00 mg.
