Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the management of municipal waste supplied from residents from the Wąsosz commune by the entity receiving waste, in the period from 01.01.2026 to 31/12/2029. The detailed description of the subject of the contract was described in Annex 6. to SWZ.
Municipal waste management from the Wąsosz commune
The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the management of municipal waste supplied from residents from the Wąsosz commune by the waste collecting entity in the period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2029 r.
Management of municipal waste from the Wąsosz commune by: sorting, recovery, composting and storage of municipal waste, and other waste management methods to ensure appropriate recycling levels, preparation for re -use and recovery Other methods and limiting the mass of municipal waste biodegraded to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 399, as amended) and provisions of the waste management plan for the waste management plan for Lower Silesian Voivodship.
The scope of the subject of the contract includes:
• unsorted waste (mixed) municipal waste,
• paper (including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste),
• glass (including glass packaging waste),
