Description:
4.1. The subject of this order is the provision of municipal waste management, including waste collected at the selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) from the Łyse commune, in a way that ensures relevant recycling levels, preparation for re -preparationuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of municipal waste biodegraded to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 399, as amended), in force in the localwaste management plan and provisions of the draft regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Łyse commune.
4.2. Subject of the order according to CPV:

4.3. The scope of the subject of the contract includes the management of municipal waste in 2026 and 2027 divided into the following factions:
1. unsorted (mixed) municipal waste mixed with ash with a code 20 03 01 in an estimated amount of approx. 2100.00 mg;
2. wastebiodegradation with codes 20 02 01, 20 01 08 in an estimated amount of approx. 200.00 mg;
3. paper and cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging with codes 20 01 01, 15 01 01 in an estimated amount of approx. 20.00 mg;
